Love the entire staff! Went in for my 6 month cleaning which I’ve been traveling and have missed for over a year. I probably would have missed even more if it weren’t for reminders, calls and now text messages when they have an opening. I texted Lisa a little over a week ago that I would be in town and she texted me every time an appointment opened up until one fit my schedule. My Hygienist was great as well. She did a great job. Super friendly, I’ve yet in 6 years have had any employee in the office not be excellent at their job. I love this office!

If you're looking for competence saddled with professionalism, Dr. Eric is your man. I suffer from acute panic and anxiety when it comes to dentists. He is the only dentist I've found here in Charlotte who addresses my ptsd issues fully and with great compassion.
