Insurance and Payment Options
We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We accept and file most insurance. We will gladly file all of the necessary paperwork to your carrier regardless if we are in or out of network and we are willing to accept the assignment of payment from them. All deductibles, estimated co-payments, waiting periods, fees, etc. not covered by insurance are expected at the time of service.

For all plans – please note we are NOT a DMO, HMO, EPO or in MEDICAID. Those plans will not pay for services in our office. Please verify this with your insurance prior to any and all appointments. The insurance is between you and the insurance company. We file as a convenience to you. You are responsible to verify that we are either in network with your insurance or you have out of network benefits that will pay our office. You are responsible for ANY amount – regardless of the reason – of any and all balances.
If you have more than one insurance – we are happy to file with the secondary insurance to help maximize your benefits and lower your copay. All benefits that are received from the secondary insurance become the property of the dental office.
