Insurance and Payment Options

We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and are proud to be in-network with Aetna PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Cigna PPO, and MetLife PPO. 
We are also proud participants in the GEHA Connection Dental Network. This affiliation means we are in-network for a broad range of additional payors, including:
    • Ameritas
    • Some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
    • Renaissance Dental
    • Dominion National
    • Humana
    • Principal Financial Group
    • Sun Life
    • United Concordia
    • UnitedHealthcare
Additionally, we gladly accept select Medicare Advantage plans through these network partnerships.
If you have a specific plan not listed here or would like to verify your coverage details, could you provide the name of your insurance provider and your specific plan name? We’d be happy to double-check your benefits for you!

We also offer financing through –

*CareCredit (NOW Offering 6, 12 and 24 months same as cash (depending on the service and amount financed) 

We accept Cash, Check, FSA, HSA, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover &  Apple Pay. (There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards) 

We accept and file most insurance.

We will gladly file all of the necessary paperwork to your carrier regardless if we are in or out of network. 

We accept the assignment of payment from them.

All deductibles, estimated co-payments, waiting periods, fees, etc. not covered by insurance are expected at the time of service. It is the responsibility of the patient to confirm all of these prior to appointments. 

There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. 

We do not accept secondary payments as copay for the services. 

Pre authorizations are submitted upon request. 

For all plans – please note we are NOT a DMO, HMO, EPO or in MEDICAID. Those plans will not pay for services in our office. Please verify this with your insurance prior to any and all appointments. The insurance is between the patient and the insurance company. We file as a convenience to you. While we give our best effort to get confirmation of your dental insurance – the patient is responsible to verify that we are either in network with your insurance or you have out of network benefits that will pay our office. The patient is responsible for ANY amount that the insurance does not pay for any reason. 

If you have more than one insurance – we are happy to file with the secondary insurance to help maximize your benefits and lower your copay. All benefits that are received from the secondary insurance become the property of the dental office.
